Pet Health Log — Terms of Use (English)

These Terms govern your use of the Pet Health Log mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App is
Pet Health Log is a personal journal for pet-related notes, photos, weights, reminders, and similar records. It runs on your device and is not a veterinary service, diagnostic tool, or source of medical advice.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing in the App replaces professional veterinary care. You are responsible for decisions about your pet’s health. The App’s authors and distributors are not liable for outcomes based on information you store or read in the App.
3. Your content
You own the information you enter. The App stores it locally on your device unless you use features that explicitly send data elsewhere (for example, sharing an export through the system share sheet). You are responsible for backups and for any destination you choose when sharing.
4. Demo and educational content
Sample data and built-in articles are provided for illustration only. They may be in English regardless of your device language. Remove or replace demo content as you wish.
5. Feedback
If you use the in-app feedback form in a demo or review build, your message may not be uploaded to any server. Check any on-screen notice when you submit.
6. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are made.
